A Strategic Guide for General Counsel and Legal Professionals

Special attention will also be given to implementation realities that organizations often overlook, including information governance, permission structures, operational readiness, and the importance of aligning AI adoption with existing organizational policies and workflows.

The workshop subtly reinforces that successful AI adoption depends not only on selecting the right tools, but also on having appropriate organizational structure, workflows, governance practices, and information management processes already in place.
